If your domain was recently purchased or had its DNS settings recently changed, it could be a DNS propagation issue. DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate across the internet, so you may need to wait awhile before you can log in. You can use a service like whatsmydns.net to check the propagation status of your domain.
In any case, check your domain's DNS settings and registration status to make sure that your domain is correctly configured; your domain host will be able to tell you more.
In the meantime, deactivating your personal domain will allow you to make your website accessible at its cargocollective.com URL, without affecting its content or display. You can do this at the domain deactivation form or by following the link inside the error page.
